Pumice Flower Soil
Easy-to-carry, Practical, 5-Liter Pure Pumice Cactus and Succulent Soil and Peat Conditioner 100% Pumice
Pumice stone is a porous, spongy, porous, glassy volcanic rock formed by volcanic events and resistant to physical and chemical agents. It is widely used in agriculture, sapling planting, and ornamental plant production. It is a very effective soil conditioner. It regulates air and water permeability, ideal for ornamental and potted plants in heavy, clayey greenhouse soils with poor water and air circulation. Daily temperature fluctuations of the plants grown in the environment can be minimized. It prevents soil crust formation, cracking, pooling, swelling, and shrinkage. The organic matter in the soil softens, adds volume, and swells the soil. This facilitates the entry and exit of air and other gases. Because the soil is left out of the ground in greenhouses, labor-intensive tilling, washing, disinfecting, and fertilizing are eliminated. It's also an ideal product for soilless cultivation. Thanks to its water-holding capacity, air circulation, and minerals, you can save 70% of your water and achieve nearly 50% yield without needing soil.
If you want to repot a newly purchased succulent, gently tilt the plant and gently stretch the plastic pot from the center and sides to release it. Then, carefully remove it without damaging the roots or separating it from the soil. Remove any dead soil or debris from around or on the plant. Place the newly removed succulent in a well-proportioned pot, as described below, and fill the area with suitable peat soil. The plant stem should be neither too deep nor too high. It should be buried evenly. Plant it 1-2 cm below the surface of the pot.
Place the Pum Flower at the bottom of the pot where you intend to plant the cactus. Add peat soil to the gravel. Adding half of the pot's volume will be sufficient. Place the cactus on top of the soil. Fill the remaining soil around the flower.
As with any flower, you need to water the cactus. Check the soil moisture and provide adequate water. You can water it with drinking water. If you want to grow seeds, you can purchase cactus seeds and plant them.
