Our Factory
Established in Nevşehir in 1997 and operating on a 20,000 m² site, the BlokBims factory utilizes expert staff and fully computer-automated production using German-made MASA brand lightweight construction element production machines, which were commissioned in 2008 and boast millimeter-accurate precision. This advanced technology has made BlokBims one of Turkey's highest-capacity and highest-quality facilities for the production of pumice blocks and pumice products.
The lightweight construction elements and pumice-based products produced at the BlokBims factory are handled and stocked by state-of-the-art robots. Potential risks are assessed in advance during production processes, and necessary precautions are taken. Production is carried out proactively, in accordance with TS EN 773-1 and ISO 9001-2008 standards, and CE-certified. Occupational health and safety and environmental awareness are prioritized, and sustainable production is prioritized.
